If you already announced it on Instagram, you have everything you need.

Paste the link to your Instagram post or fill in the form. If it repeats every week, you post it once. We review it before it goes live.

It shows up in your city’s listings, in search, on Google and on your organizer page.
Track and sell
See the views and who says they are going. Turn on tickets if you want to keep the list and get paid.

Paste the link to the post and we read the date, venue and price from the caption and the flyer.

We find many events on Instagram and add them to the listings. Look up your page by your Instagram: if it is yours, message us from that account with your email and it becomes yours.

What people usually ask
How much does it cost?
Listing, stats, your team and QR bookings are free. If you sell with your own payment link, we charge nothing. Only when we collect payment for you with MercadoPago, in Mexico, is there a 9% fee, paid by the buyer.
Do I need to sign up as an organizer?
No. With a regular Dancetomic account you post your event, and from then on you have the organizer panel on its page.
Can I mix ways of getting paid?
Yes. Each ticket type has its own payment method: you can sell the presale online, take payment at the door and keep a free list, all at the same event.
When do I receive the money?
With your payment link or with bookings, you get paid directly, as always. With Dancetomic payments the money goes straight to your MercadoPago account: we do not hold it.
Why are Dancetomic payments only available in Mexico?
For now they work with MercadoPago Mexico. In other countries you can use your own payment link or QR bookings, which are free.
How do you post the events from my Instagram automatically?
We check your account every few days and, when you announce a new event, we read it and add it to the listings. Message @dancetomic on Instagram with your account so we can add it.
Can I change the event after posting it?
Yes, everything: flyer, days, times, price and styles. And for a weekly event, cancel or move a single date.
My event is already listed and I did not post it
We found it on Instagram. Look up your page and message us on Instagram from that account, with your email: it becomes yours, with all its events.
