Coaching and Private Classes

As a person guiding people to express in their dance from inside out, I felt gifted when Tara came to me with such openness. She wanted to learn Zouk and had been excited about it but didn’t feel confident enough to step into it. Tara and I worked intensively on Brazilian Zouk and Somatic Practises for 4 weeks. Growing from an outer perspective and doubts of what’s a right or what’s a wrong move to a stronger self-confidence and more developped interoception, resulting in her movements and connection completely transforming. And her goal for her dance journey becoming clearer. What a gift it was for me to be trusted with such a beautiful and important journey. I feel blessed 🙏🏻🌈♥️✨ If like Tara, you want to not only learn dancing, but also transform your life journey through movement, I am currently offering coaching and private classes in multiple places in the next month.
