Acerca del evento
WHAT IS MAMBO MECHANICS? Every class is an opportunity to understand more about your movement, your style and how to bring more sabor, energy and dynamics into your Salsa! We explore different styles, work on the mechanics behind each movement and learn how to apply them to our own dancing. It’s not just about learning steps, it’s about understanding what you’re doing, finding your own flavour and feeling more connected to the music! Keep exploring, keep learning and most importantly, enjoy your dancing! Join us at LEC!
