Salsa Partnerwork Technique - La Mesa

Good partnerwork doesn’t have to be complicated to feel good. It all starts with technique. ❤️‍🔥 In Salsa Partnerwork Technique, we take the time to break things down and focus on the details that make partnerwork feel clear, connected, and comfortable. From frame and body positioning to timing, connection, lead and follow technique, we work on understanding the mechanics behind the movement—not just getting through the pattern. 💃🏻🕺🏻✨ Because when the technique is there, even the simplest movement can feel good. And as your partnerwork grows, you have a stronger foundation to build on. 🫶🏼 Join us for Salsa Partnerwork Technique every Wednesday at 6:30 PM 📍 5346 Jackson Drive, Suite B, La Mesa, CA 91942 Start with the technique. Then build from there. ❤️‍🔥
