Youth Latin Groove

Full Circle Moment💫 Although this project caught me a bit by surprise, teaching youth is not new to me. From directing a kids folklorico team in high school, building dance education programs in college to running a youth team in New York City (not to mentione the quinces I've choreographed for since then), I’ve spent a cumulative seven years sharing my passion for dance with younger generations. Needless to say, when a friend asked me to teach her daughter, all those years of experience came flooding back, and the stars finally aligned to bring this program to life right here at home! I am beyond excited to officially open up registration for a new Youth Latin Dance Class starting this Thursday, August 6th! What to Expect 💃🕺 8-week progressive course designed to give students a well-rounded and deeply foundational dance education. We will be covering three incredible Latin styles: * Merengue * Bachata * Salsa Each style builds naturally into the next. Beyond just learning the steps, students will gain a comprehensive understanding of: * Body mechanics & awareness * Natural movement & rhythm * How these dances connect & relate to one another Whether your child has dancing shoes ready or has never stepped on a dance floor before, this welcoming environment is designed for them to grow, learn, and have fun. Class Details 🗓️ * Starts: This Thursday, August 6th * Duration: 8-week course * Location: Hosted right at my home! * Spaces are open to ages 6-13 If you’ve been looking for a fun, structured, and enriching activity for your kids, send me a DM or comment below to secure a spot or get more details!
