Exploration of Movement - The Flow Lab

Movement can be something we execute — or something we inhabit. So, what makes the difference? Technique gives movement its structure. Presence gives it life. Connection turns it into a conversation. Musicality allows it to breathe. Expression makes it yours. It’s not only about knowing what to do, but about being able to feel, listen and respond from inside the movement. This is the space Sam and I want to open at The Flow Lab: an exploration of what allows movement to become dance, through Bachata, Zouk principles and a psychosomatic lens.
